During my tenure at the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research, I actively contributed to pivotal projects that drove the organization's mission forward.
I managed branding and communication tasks at the Al Qasimi Foundation, which involved designing festival brochures, writing artist bios and artwork descriptions, creating website copy, copyediting research publications, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print materials.
From 2015-2017, was deeply involved in was the 3rd, 4th and 5th annual Ras Al Khaimah Fine Arts Festivals. As the communications officer, I took the lead in crafting and executing promotion and sponsorship plans aimed at amplifying the festival's reach and impact. My responsibilities encompassed developing strategies, establishing sponsorship guidelines, and successfully securing funding, resulting in an impressive fundraising achievement of over AED 100,000 each year. This injection of funds played a critical role in bolstering the festival's growth and sustainability.

It is dedicated to conducting research and analysis on various policy issues, with a focus on promoting social, economic, and educational development in the region. The foundation aims to contribute to evidence-based policymaking and foster sustainable growth and prosperity in Ras Al Khaimah and beyond.
In 2016, the Foundation moved to new platform and I supported the content creation including creating an in-house media library for all graphics.
Stories about visiting scholars, community outreach programs and community events were documented in forms of videos. Between 2015-2017, I lead the voice of our YouTube channel and directed and produced all content.
Since Oct 2022, I have been editing podcast episodes for the Foundation.

Beyond these projects, I played an active role in community outreach and stakeholder communications, ensuring effective dissemination of the Foundation's activities and objectives. This involved managing digital and social media content, facilitating engagement with various audience segments, and contributing to stakeholder studies.
Throughout my tenure, I had the opportunity to develop and refine a broad spectrum of skills, including marketing strategy, project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement. My experience at the Al Qasimi Foundation was not only professionally enriching but also personally rewarding, laying a solid foundation for my continued growth and contributions in the cultural and policy research domain.
